How do I order my tickets?
Y ou can call the Box Office at 940 665 1284 or come down to the Butterfield Stage Playhouse and make a purchase there.
How do I pay for my tickets?
Your season tickets can be paid for using Visa/Mastercard, cash or check.
What if I need to purchase additional tickets with my Season Reservation?
You can just call us!
Where can I pick-up my tickets?
It is not necessary to pick-up tickets in advance. For your convenience, we can hold your tickets for pick- up at the Will Call Window before Showtime. If you would like to pick-up your tickets in advance, you may do so at Butterfield Stage located at 201 South Denton, Gainesville, Texas.
Can I change my reservation?
Changes to season tickets or regular reservations must be made 72 hours before Showtime to avoid a $5.00 service charge.
Can someone else use my season tickets?
Yes! Just call the Box Office and let us know who will be using your tickets.
What if I get the voice mail system when I call?
Sometimes, during times of high call volume, you will get the voice mail system. We realize this is an inconvenience.
We check the messages frequently and return calls as soon as possible. To expedite your order, leave your name, phone number, how many tickets you need, and what performance you wish to attend and we will call you back to confirm as soon as possible.
