BOX OFFICE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the hours of operation for Box Office?

Box Office hours are as listed below.  We will have extended hours during the summer musical.

Phone Orders Only                 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.  Monday – Friday

Window Sales                         12:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.  Monday - Friday

How do I order my tickets?

You can order your tickets by calling 940-665-8152. 

What if I need to purchase additional tickets with my season reservation?

You can do that by phone as well. 

How do I pay for my tickets?

If you are a season ticket holder, your tickets are prepaid.  All other tickets can be paid for using Visa/Mastercard, cash or check.

Can you “hold” my unpaid reservation?

We can hold your unpaid reservation for 48 hours at which time the tickets will be released.  All reservations must be paid for within 24 hours of performance time, regardless of when the reservation was made.

Where can I pick-up my tickets?

It is not necessary to pick-up tickets in advance. For your convenience, we can hold your tickets for pick- up at the Will Call Window 30 minutes before Showtime.  If you would like to pick-up your tickets in advance, you may do so during Ticket Pick-Up hours at the Box Office which is located at the First State Bank Center for the Performing Arts on the Campus of NCTC.

Can I change my reservation?

Changes to season tickets or regular reservations must be made 72 hours before Showtime to avoid a $5.00 service charge.

Can someone else use my season tickets?

Yes!  Just call the Box Office and let us know who will be using your tickets.

What if I get the voice mail system when I call?

Sometimes, during times of high call volume, you will get the voice mail system.  We realize this is an inconvenience.  Please know that we check the messages frequently and return calls as soon as possible.  To expedite your order, leave your name, phone number, how many tickets you need, and what performance you wish to attend and we will call you back to confirm as soon as possible.
