Sensational Saturdays!

Classes for all ages held on June 7, 14, 21 & 28

Ages 5-7 from 10am - 11am

Ages 8-10 from 11am - 12 pm

Ages 11-13 from 1pm-2:30pm

Ages 14 and up from 2:30pm-4pm

All classes will be held at Butterfield Stage located at 201 South Denton in Gainesville, Texas.  All classes taught by Jeffrey Watson.  Jeffrey has lots of experience working with young actors at Dallas Children's Theatre, Theatre Three, CATS and many others.  He recently directed "The Orphan Train" at Butterfield and we liked him so much we asked him to come back!   Classes will focus on basic acting skills including improv, stage directions, theatre terms, body awareness, script analysis, diction, use of voice and much more.  Parents and friends will be invited to watch the final class to see what the students have learned.

Looking for something to do this summer?

Come have some fun this summer as we learn by performing "Goonie Bird Green and Her True Life Adventures!"  All  interested kids should register to attend a placement audition on Friday, August 1 from 6-8 pm.  Rehearsals will take place from August 4-8 from 10 am -4 pm.  We will perform the show on August 8, 9, & 10.  The director for this camp will be Jeffrey Watson.  Call 940-665-8152 or email butterfieldstage@sbcglobal.net to register.
